Local data deletion

ScrapLog has no account and no AMRV server copy to delete. To remove content, delete individual items or piles in the app, or open Gallery and choose “New visit — clear this device”. Export anything you need first: clearing local storage cannot be undone. Uninstalling the app also removes its local data subject to your operating-system backup settings.

Basic troubleshooting

• Check camera and microphone permissions in your device settings.
• Keep enough free device storage for photos, videos and exports.
• Export important records regularly because ScrapLog has no cloud backup.
• When sharing fails, try exporting a ZIP and use the operating system’s Files or Share workflow.
